Complex Care

Complex care is designed for people who need more specialised or intensive support due to a long-term health condition, disability, or ongoing medical needs. Our role is to take the time to understand your individual circumstances and make the right introduction to a self-employed Service Provider who can support your needs.

We can make the right introduction to support:

  • Long-term conditions such as Parkinson's, dementia, or multiple sclerosis.
  • Assistance with medication, therapy programmes, or mobility equipment, following guidance from your healthcare professionals.
  • Personal care throughout the day, overnight, or on a live-in basis.
  • Support that's tailored to your individual routine, preferences, and changing needs.

Whether you're looking for short-term support following a hospital stay, regular daily visits, overnight assistance, or longer-term care, we'll work with you and your family to make the right introduction, helping you find someone who fits your needs and lifestyle.

Choosing the Right Care

We know that arranging support for yourself or a loved one can feel like a big step, especially if it's the first time. That's why your local Branch Manager will visit you at home for a complimentary consultation, taking the time to get to know you, understand the support you're looking for, and answer any questions you may have.

Whether you're unsure how many hours of support you need, what visits might look like, or simply want to understand the process, your Branch Manager will guide you through every step and explain realistic timescales for getting support in place.

Once they have a clear understanding of your needs, they'll carefully consider the self-employed Service Providers in your local network and make a personalised introduction based on the support you require, your personality, interests, preferences, and availability.

When they've found a suitable match, your Branch Manager will accompany the Service Provider to meet you in your home. This gives you the opportunity to get to know one another, discuss how you'd like your visits to work, talk through the support you'll receive, and agree a schedule that suits you.

Finding the right person is important. If, for any reason, you don't feel the match is quite right, simply let your Branch Manager know. They'll work with you to introduce another suitable Service Provider until you've found someone you're happy with.
