Andrew Richardson founded Friends Helping at Home in 2018 with a simple vision: to create care centred on choice, dignity, and relationships. By giving clients more control over their support and enabling carers to work flexibly, he built a service that is thoughtful, personal, and delivered with genuine compassion.

Friends Helping at Home is an introductory agency as defined by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our franchise branches operate under licence. We provide due diligence and select self-employed Service Providers that are introduced to our customers and facilitate contracts between Customers and Service Providers.
Friends Helping at Home is not a "full service" care agency and is unable to influence care delivery or manage care plans.
