Everyday Support & Companionship

Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference. Whether you need a helping hand with everyday tasks, someone to accompany you on outings, or simply a friendly face to spend time with, we can make the right introduction to a self-employed Service Provider who suits your needs and lifestyle.

Everyday Support

Everyday support is designed to make day-to-day life easier, helping you remain independent and continue enjoying life in your own home.

Your Service Provider can support with:

  • Light housekeeping and keeping your home tidy.
  • Shopping, collecting prescriptions, or running errands.
  • Preparing meals and helping with everyday routines.
  • Organising your home or providing practical assistance around the house.
  • Accompanying you to appointments or helping you get out and about.

Whether you need a little help each week or more regular support, we'll help you find someone who fits seamlessly into your routine.

Companionship

Companionship is about much more than having someone there – it's about building genuine connections with someone whose company you enjoy.

Your Service Provider could spend time:

  • Sharing a cup of tea and a chat.
  • Going for walks or visiting your favourite places.
  • Enjoying hobbies or activities together.
  • Attending community groups or local events.
  • Providing company at home to help reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.

We take the time to understand your personality, interests, and preferences so we can introduce you to someone you'll enjoy spending time with.

Whether you're looking for practical support, companionship, or a combination of both, your local Branch Manager will take the time to understand what's important to you and carefully match you with a self-employed Service Provider who fits your needs, personality, and lifestyle.

Choosing the Right Care

We know that arranging support for yourself or a loved one can feel like a big step, especially if it's the first time. That's why your local Branch Manager will visit you at home for a complimentary consultation, taking the time to get to know you, understand the support you're looking for, and answer any questions you may have.

Whether you're unsure how many hours of support you need, what visits might look like, or simply want to understand the process, your Branch Manager will guide you through every step and explain realistic timescales for getting support in place.

Once they have a clear understanding of your needs, they'll carefully consider the self-employed Service Providers in your local network and make a personalised introduction based on the support you require, your personality, interests, preferences, and availability.

When they've found a suitable match, your Branch Manager will accompany the Service Provider to meet you in your home. This gives you the opportunity to get to know one another, discuss how you'd like your visits to work, talk through the support you'll receive, and agree a schedule that suits you.

Finding the right person is important. If, for any reason, you don't feel the match is quite right, simply let your Branch Manager know. They'll work with you to introduce another suitable Service Provider until you've found someone you're happy with.
